  Moving into Norweez Endee was a big step for me. I wanted something ready to move in that was also in a safe and convenient location. Mogappair seemed like a good choice. The proximity to Apollo Hospitals is reassuring, and knowing Velammal Vidyalaya is just nearby means the area is well-established. Norweez Properties delivered a functional apartment. My main issue is the parking situation; it feels quite cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Also, the noise from the main road can sometimes be a bit much, especially during weekdays. But overall, for a single peon, the security and location make it a decent place to live.

  We recently moved into Norweez Endee, and it's been a great experience so far. As a young IT couple, we needed a place with good connectivity and modern amenities, and this project by Norweez Properties in Mogappair seemed to fit the bill. The location is fantastic, with Velammal Vidyalaya Mogappair West just a short walk away, which is great even though we don't have kids yet – it shows the area is family-friendly. Getting to Koyambedu Metro Station is about a 15-minute drive, making commutes easier. The apartment is bright and airy. One small thing is the dust from ongoing constructions nearby, but we're hoping that will settle down soon. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place to live.

  We finalized our purchase at Norweez Endee last month. Being a chartered accountant, I really looked into the financial stability of Norweez Properties. Their track record seemed decent enough for this ready-to-move property in Mogappair. The proximity to Velammal Vidyalaya is excellent, just a stone's throw away, which was a major deciding factor for us. We also checked the connectivity, and it seems reasonable for daily commutes. The apartment size is adequate for our needs, though we haven't received specific BHK details yet. Parking seems a bit tight, which is a common issue in Chennai North, but manageable. Overall, the deal felt sound from a financial pepective.

  We chose Norweez Endee because of its fantastic location for our children. Velammal Vidyalaya Mogappair West is literally at our dootep, which saves us so much time and hassle every morning. The apartment itself is a good size for our family, and the fact that it's ready to move in meant we could settle quickly without waiting for construction. Norweez Properties has developed a solid building in Mogappair. We do find the internal roads within the complex a bit narrow, which can be tricky when maneuvering ca, especially with kids around. However, the overall community feel and the convenience of having a reputable school so close outweigh this minor inconvenience.

  I bought this flat in Norweez Endee for my parents who are living in Chennai. Since I am an NRI, I relied on my brother to visit the site. He mentioned that the property is ready to move in, which was important so they could shift immediately. The location in Mogappair is convenient for them, close to Apollo Hospitals which is a big plus at their age. The developer, Norweez Properties, has a presence in the area. My brother did note that the roads around the project can get quite busy during peak hou, which might be a concern for my parents when going out. However, the apartment itself is comfortable, and they are settling in well.
