I purchased a 3 BHK flat in Indira Splendor for my parents who live in Chennai. The built-up area is substantial, around 1530 Sq.ft to 1540 Sq.ft, providing ample space. The location in Mogappair, near Nolambur, is a quiet residential area, which is good for elderly residents. It's also close to Velammal Vidyalaya - Mogappair West, which is a well-known school. The maintenance staff is available, which is important for my parents. Indira Foundations (P) Ltd completed this project in June 2011. One concern I had was the lack of detailed information about Apollo Hospitals nearby, but the metro station is reasonably close. Overall, the project seems to offer good value and essential amenities for comfortable living.

Indira Splendor in Mogappair was a good find. We liked the modern feel of the 2 BHK flats, with built-up areas ranging from 1130 Sq.ft to 1215 Sq.ft. The amenities are quite good – the swimming pool is a nice touch for relaxing after work, and the 24x7 security is reassuring. It's also great that there's a gymnasium right within the complex. Being close to Koyambedu Metro Station, a short distance, makes our daily commute to the IT corridor much easier. The project was completed by Indira Foundations (P) Ltd in June 2011, so it's a well-established property. The only minor downside is the general traffic congestion in the Mogappair area during peak times, which can be frustrating. However, the overall convenience and facilities outweigh this.

We were looking to upgrade from our rental place and found Indira Splendor. We looked at a 3 BHK, which has a built-up area between 1530 Sq.ft and 1540 Sq.ft. The space feels quite good for our family. Having a gymnasium and a children's play area is a big plus for us as we want our kids to have space to play. The proximity to Velammal Vidyalaya - Mogappair West, a short distance, is a major reason we are considering this. Construction by Indira Foundations (P) Ltd was completed a while ago, in June 2011. One thing that concerns us a bit is the parking situation. It seems a little tight, and we're worried about fitting two cacomfortably. We're still weighing our options, but the location and the decent flat sizes are very attractive.
