I bought a 1200 Sq.ft plot for 71.99 L. The project by Sidharth Developer has a lot of green spaces and a yoga/meditation area, which will be good for unwinding after long shifts. The construction is ongoing, with completion expected in March 2028. While the location is good, the access road to the project site is not very wide and could be an issue during peak houor with emergency vehicles. Overall, the amenities and security are promising.
