  This is my fit property purchase, so I was quite nervous. I chose a plot at CMM Azone in Devanahalli. It is ready to move, which took away some of the stress of waiting for construction. CMM Groups was helpful in explaining the process. The location near Akash International School and the bus station is quite convenient. I did notice some dust on the internal roads, which might be an issue during dry spells, but I am hopeful it will be managed. The plot size seems adequate for a future villa. I am excited about this new chapter.
