The price range of 1.05 Crore to 1.37 Crore was a bit high for me, but I managed to get a decent sized flat for 1.10 Crore. It is ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. Sidharth Foundation & Housing Ltd completed this project in 2014. The proximity to Mettukuppam Bus Stop (0.6 km) is useful for my daily commute. Power backup is included, which is a must-have. The main drawback I noticed is the narrow approach road to the project; it could be better maintained. Still, for a single peon, the amenities provided are adequate.
