Finding a ready-to-move flat in Jaipur that was also affordable was a challenge, but Siddhi Vinayak Turquoise fit the bill. I bought a 3 BHK unit with a carpet area of about 1180 sq.ft for around 66 Lakhs. The location on NH-8 means my commute to work is manageable. Narayana Hospital is a short distance, which gives me peace of mind. The main concern for me is the parking situation. While there are lifts, the parking spots feel a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. The fire safety systems are in place, which is reassuring. Overall, it's a decent place for the price.

One thing I wish was clearer is the status of the Occupancy Certificate. It's important for peace of mind. However, the presence of lifts and fire safety systems provides some reassurance.
