I chose a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of approximately 1100 square feet. The project is ready to move, allowing for a smooth transition. The price was around 1.1 Crore. The amenities are impressive, especially the Spa and the World's Longest Rooftop Skywalk – quite unique! The proximity to the Sub-CBD2 Metro Station (1.64 km) is also excellent for commuting. The only concern is the parking availability for visito, which seems a bit limited.
