I chose a 2 BHK flat, which is 1011 Sq.ft built-up area, priced at about 40.44 Lakh. It’s ready to move in, which was perfect for my immediate needs. The developer, G S Enterprise, has included a gymnasium and a community hall, which are great for socialising and fitness. The location in Rajarhat is accessible, although the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads, but the internal roads are manageable. Overall, it feels like a secure and comfortable place.
