I chose a 2 BHK flat, which is 1011 Sq.ft built-up area, priced at about 40.44 Lakh. It’s ready to move in, which was perfect for my immediate needs. The developer, G S Enterprise, has included a gymnasium and a community hall, which are great for socialising and fitness. The location in Rajarhat is accessible, although the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads, but the internal roads are manageable. Overall, it feels like a secure and comfortable place.

I bought a 3 BHK flat, with a built-up area of 1180 Sq.ft, costing approximately 47.2 Lakh. The project being ready to move by July 2023 was a significant advantage. The inclusion of a sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting shows a commitment to sustainability. The community also has a cafeteria and ample green spaces, which adds to the lifestyle. The location near NH 12 provides good connectivity for my business travels. Parking space can be a little tight if you have multiple vehicles.
