We purchased a villa in Shrinivas Glory after looking at several options in Ahmedabad. The 4 BHK villa is quite spacious, covering 4437 square feet built up area, which gives us plenty of room. The location in Santej, off SG Highway, is convenient for commuting. They received their Occupancy Certificate in January 2015, which is a good sign of completion. While the overall project seems well-maintained, I do find the traffic on SG Highway can get quite heavy during peak hou, making access sometimes a bit slow. The developer, Shrinivas OrganisoPrivate Limited, seems to have a decent track record. The villa itself is ready to move in, which was a big plus for us.
