Relocating to Ahmedabad for work at Shalby Hospitals, I needed a place close by. Shridev Dev Aurum is conveniently close to the hospital, which is fantastic. I chose a 2 BHK apartment, around 850 sq.ft, and it's a comfortable size for me. The area of Prahlad Nagar is developing nicely, and having Kameshwar Vidhyamandir school nearby is a plus, even though I don't have kids, it shows the area is family-friendly. The National Highway 8 and 8C are nearby, so travelling out of the city is manageable. The building is ready to move, which simplified my move considerably. The construction quality seems solid, and the apartment layout is practical.

We just moved into Shridev Dev Aurum last month. We got a 717 sq.ft 2 BHK here and it feels quite spacious for the two of us. The location in Prahlad Nagar is decent, close enough to the highway for commuting. My partner works in the IT corridor and it takes a short distance get there. The building is ready to move which was a big factor for us. Some of the common areas still look a bit unfinished though, which is a little concerning. The developer, Shridev Procon Limited, has been okay with responding to our queries so far. Overall, it's a good place to start our independent life.

Proximity to major highways like NH8 and NH8C (both nearby away) is good for connectivity. It’s also close to Shalby Hospitals and a school, which usually drives rental demand. Shridev Procon Limited is the developer, and their projects are generally well-received. However, the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity is quite noticeable at present, which might deter some potential tenants in the short term. The rental yields need to be carefully analyzed given the current market.

Our main reason for choosing Shridev Dev Aurum was the proximity to Kameshwar Vidhyamandir school, which is just a nearby walk away. This makes the morning rush so much easier. We bought a larger 2 BHK, around 1131 sq.ft, and there's enough room for the kids to play inside. It's also reassuring to know Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals is nearby, just in case of emergencies. Being ready to move was a huge advantage as we didn't want to wait. The main road access could be better, it feels a bit tucked away from the main Prahlad Nagar thoroughfare. Still, for the kids' school and hospital access, it’s a good choice.

Living in Prahlad Nagar means we are relatively central. The fact that it is ready to move in was perfect, as we needed to shift quickly from our rented place. The builder, Shridev Procon Limited, seems to have a decent track record. One downside is the noise from the nearby metro construction, the Jivraj Park Metro Station is nearby, but the work can be heard sometimes. Also, the parking space allocated felt a bit small for our two vehicles.
