The location in Prahlad Nagar is convenient, with Jivraj Park Metro Station only about 2.3 kilometeaway, which is great for commuting. The building has lifts and 24x7 water supply, which are essential. Fire fighting systems and earthquake-resistant structure offer peace of mind. It was completed in 2015 and is ready to move. While the flat is nice, I found the common area maintenance charges to be a bit higher than expected.
