The built-up area is quite large, around 1776 square feet, giving them plenty of space. Pacifica BuildePvt Ltd seems to have a decent reputation. The location in Prahlad Nagar is good, close to the 100 ft. Ring Road, making it accessible. My only concern was the lack of updated information on the exact completion date, but since it's ready to move, that's less of an issue now. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are a nice bonus for them to stay active. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.
