We booked a 2 BHK apartment which is 1053 sq.ft built up. The price was within our budget, around 31.59 Lakh. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus for us. The amenities include 24x7 security and power backup, which are essential. The only minor issue is that the approach road can get a bit busy during peak hou, but that's common in Hyderabad. Overall, a decent buy for the price and location.
