We looked at Shreelabh Sidh Apartment for our growing family. The 4 BHK builder floor, around 1600 sq.ft, is quite large and offeenough room. It's ready to move in, which means we can shift soon. The location in Sector 73, Sarfabad is convenient, with Noida City Center only a 10-minute drive away. There is also a children's play area which my kids are already excited about. We noticed the street lighting and solar lighting features which are good for safety and saving energy. The price is around 70 Lakhs, which is manageable for us. One thing to consider is the availability of OC, which was not mentioned, so we need to clarify that before finalizing.
