We finally found a place to upgrade to from our rental. Shreelabh Anand Heights in Sector 73, Sarfabad seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK builder floor is 1500 square feet, which is a decent size for us. It's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait. The price point of 54.99 Lakh onwards also fit our budget. Having car parking and a lift is a big improvement. It's nice that the Motherland Hospital is a short distance, very convenient. The main concern for us is the traffic around Sarfabad village, it can get quite congested during peak hou, and dust from ongoing construction nearby is also noticeable. We are hoping the construction dust settles down soon after we move in. Overall, it feels like a solid move for our family.
