We recently bought a 3 BHK apartment here, around 930 Sq.ft. The price point was within our budget, ranging from 24.35 L to 38.48 L. Shreeji Samruddhi is ready to move, which suited us perfectly as we didn't want to wait. The earthquake-resistant structure was a significant factor for us. We liked the internal roads and footpaths, making it easy to walk around the complex. The nearby Akshar Public School is a big plus for future planning. Parking is generally okay, but can get a bit tight on weekends. The developer, Shreeji Develope, seems to have provided decent amenities.

I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Shreeji Samruddhi, which has a carpet area of 810 Sq.ft. The price was around 27 L, which felt acceptable for the location. Being ready to move was the main reason I chose this project. I liked the idea of having lifts and proper street lighting. The proximity to HCG Cancer Hospital is convenient, though thankfully I haven't needed it. My main concern is the dust from the nearby construction, which is noticeable sometimes. Also, the internal roads are fine, but the access road from the main Gotri Road can be a bit narrow. Still, it’s a decent place for a single peon.
