The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are attractive for potential renteHowever, the project completion was in 2012, and not having an OC is a significant drawback for long-term investment potential and securing loans. The approach road being narrow is also a minor inconvenience. Despite these concerns, the rental demand in the vicinity is decent.

After yeaof renting, we finally bought our own place at Kalp Nishang. We opted for a 4 BHK, which has a massive built-up area of 2802 square feet. The Kalp Group completed this project in 2012 and it's ready to move in. The price for our apartment was around 90 lakh, which was at the higher end of our budget but worth it for the space and location on Gotri Road. Having a gymnasium and jogging track is great for staying active. The only downside is the lack of an OC received, which is a bit concerning for future resale value. Still, the apartment itself is quite comfortable and well-constructed.
