The location is good; Bhailal Patel Party Plot Bus Stop is a short distance, which is convenient for getting around. Megha Jagat Trivedi has provided essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and good internal roads. Being ready to move is also a big advantage for us. My only concern is the proximity to Akshar Public School and HCG Cancer Hospital is not clearly defined, which makes planning difficult. The fire sprinkleand fire fighting system add to the safety.
