    Positive aspects - I recently visited the Shreeji Laxmi site and was impressed with how well the layout is planned. The location is perfect—close to Ghatkopar station, Pant Nagar market, and Eastern Express Highway. I also liked how peaceful and clean the surroundings felt.

    Negative aspects - Since the project is still under construction, there’s quite a bit of dust and noise around the area. Also, it would be great if the builder shared regular updates more transparently. Possession is a couple of years away, so patience is key.

    Positive aspects - What I liked the most is the accessibility. Schools, hospitals, and even Phoenix Marketcity are within 15 minutes. The area feels very safe, especially for families with kids. The project looks like it’ll be premium once complete.

    Negative aspects - Right now, the approach road gets congested during peak hours. Also, there are some older buildings around, which don’t quite match the new project’s look. Hopefully, by 2027, the surroundings will evolve along with the project.

    Positive aspects - Pant Nagar is one of those rare pockets in Mumbai that has everything close by and still feels residential. Shreeji Laxmi seems like a great investment for the long term. The floor plans and sample flat looked modern and spacious.

    Negative aspects - One concern is the lack of open spaces or a big children’s play area in the design. I hope they add some green corners before completion. Also, the metro construction nearby creates occasional traffic chaos.
