We are looking to upgrade from our rented place and have been exploring Shreeji Celestia in Nashik. The location in Govind Nagar is very practical, with Janahith Hospital nearby and City Center Mall nearby. We are interested in a 3 BHK, which has an area of 10500000 to 11500000, meaning it falls within the 78 L to 1.41 Cr budget. The project offea lot of amenities, including a massive 65,000 Sq. Ft. Area with a rooftop pool, hammock garden, and amphitheater, which is fantastic. Construction is ongoing, expected to finish by December 2026. My only concern is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is expected given it's under construction. But the earthquake-resistant structure and the premium branded fixtures are reassuring.
