We bought a larger unit, 1935 square feet, in Shreedhar Nest for our family. Being ready to move was essential for us. The location in North West Ahmedabad is accessible, and it is close to DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL GANDHINAGAR which is important. The apartment itself is Vastu compliant, and the layout is practical for a family. Shreedhar Associates seems to have a solid track record. The price was about 99 Lakhs. We appreciate the landscaping and tree planting done around the complex, making it feel green. The indoor games facility is a nice addition for the kids. Parking space is adequate.

The 24x7 water supply is a practical amenity that is very important. The location is reasonably good, with the Motera Stadium Metro Station just about 2 kilometeaway, which helps with connectivity. The developer, Shreedhar Associates, has completed the project, which is a good sign. One thing I noticed is that the building is located off Koteshwar Bhat Road, and sometimes reaching it can be a bit confusing for fit-time visitodue to the narrow lanes. However, the overall construction quality appeasturdy.

It is ready to move, which made the process much simpler for me. The price point of 96.74 Lakhs was within my budget. I liked the idea of having a children's play area and also the fire fighting system for safety. The location is okay, but the road leading to the building could be better maintained. There is some dust from the nearby construction, but I am hoping that will settle down. The developer seems reliable.
