I checked out a 3 BHK apartment, which was around 1800 square feet built up. The developer, Shree Vinayak BuildeJaipur, has provided good amenities like a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The gated security with CCTV and intercom provides a sense of safety. The price point is substantial, but the quality and location seem to justify it for my professional needs.
