I bought a residential plot of 2714 Sq.ft in Shree Vihar for a custom build. Shree Ganesh Buildcon Pvt Ltd has kept the project area in Sundarpada very organized. The location is good and the internal roads and footpaths are being finished to a good standard. It is under construction, so do not expect everything to be ready immediately, but the infrastructure for the gated community is solid. The price range is reasonable for the square footage on offer. I am quite happy with how the street lighting has been planned. It is a good project for someone who wants to build their own house according to their own taste.

Shree Ganesh Buildcon Pvt Ltd is a known name and the project is coming up nicely in Sundarpada. I picked up one of the 1854 Sq.ft plots. The gated community features and high security standards are what attracted me to this project initially. It is an under construction site right now so do expect some noise if you visit during the day. Rental demand in this part of Bhubaneswar is stable because of the connectivity to the main city. I checked the 4 BHK triplex layout of 1854 Sq.ft and it is quite functional. Shree Ganesh Buildcon Pvt Ltd has planned the space well. The location in Sundarpada is convenient and the railway station is nearby which is helpful. The amenities like a gymnasium and community hall are definitely a plus point. My only concern is that the parking space for the triplex feels a bit tight for a large SUV. I hope the final handover goes smoothly by the end of this year.
