The 2710 sq.ft built-up area is substantial. Shree Buildcon & Associates has a track record, and this project, completed in 2007, is ready for occupancy. The inclusion of a gymnasium and power backup are practical amenities. However, the surrounding area can get dusty during certain seasons due to ongoing development nearby, which is a minor inconvenience.

The location in Samta Nagar, RTO Colony is good, close to the hospital and school. Shree Buildcon & Associates is the developer. I visited the site and it looks decent for its age, completed in 2007. The only thing is that the parking space feels a little tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. The gym is a nice addition. Overall, it’s a good start for me.
