Just booked my fit apartment at Mahajan Adiguru. The 1 BHK is around 442 sq.ft which seemed like a good size to start with. The price of 21.85 Lakh was within my budget for a fit-time buyer. It's ready to move which is a huge relief, no waiting around for construction. The location in Samta Nagar is okay, close to the main road which is convenient. I checked out the landscaping they have done, looks quite green and pleasant. My parents are a bit worried about the parking being closed car parking only, but for a single car it should be fine. Overall, it feels like a solid start.

Finally moved into our new 2 BHK at Mahajan Adiguru. We needed more space than our rental, and the 560 sq.ft carpet area feels much better. Getting this apartment was a smooth process, and it was ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle. The price was around 25 Lakhs, which was a stretch but manageable. The location in Sahakar Colony is decent, though getting to the main road involves a short drive. We liked the landscaping and tree planting they did around the complex, it makes the place feel fresh. One thing though, the electrical meter room is quite small, and sometimes I worry about access during emergencies. Otherwise, we are happy here.

We were looking for something convenient and Mahajan Adiguru ticked most boxes. Being ready to move in October 2018 was a big plus for us. We looked at a 2 BHK which is about 553 sq.ft. The price range of 21.85 Lakh to 27.68 Lakh was acceptable for us. The proximity to Clifford International School and Apollo Hospitals, both nearby, is fantastic for future planning. The energy management feature in the amenities is also a nice touch for a modern apartment. The only minor issue is the traffic noise sometimes because it's close to the Nashik-Pune Road, but we are getting used to it. Overall, a good find.

I bought a 1 BHK apartment at Mahajan Adiguru, approximately 447 sq.ft. The price of 21.85 Lakh was reasonable for a ready-to-move property in Nashik. Being retired, I wanted something convenient and low-maintenance. The location in Sahakar Colony is relatively quiet compared to the main highway. Mahajan Buildcon seems to have decent experience. The landscaping looks well-maintained. However, I am a bit concerned about the lack of readily available bank tie-ups mentioned, which might make things difficult for potential buyeor if I ever need a loan against the property. Also, the carpet area for the 1 BHK, while adequate, could feel a little cramped for guests. Still, for my own living, it's acceptable.
