It was within our budget, around 13.65 Lakh. The location in Samta Nagar, Nashik is decent. It's ready to move which was a big plus since we didn't want to wait. The developer, Jai Padmavati Builde, seems to have a few projects delivered. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The lift is working fine. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. We are still figuring out the exact final costs though, there were a few small charges we didn't anticipate.
