We need a comfortable home for our family, and Shree Nakshatra Residency in Pune seemed suitable. The location in Warje, near Shivshakti Chowk, is quite convenient. Bharati Hospital is a short distance, and St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is a short distance, which is fantastic for our kids. We are looking at the 2 BHK configuration, offering a 610 sq.ft carpet area. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by June 2025. The availability of 24/7 water supply and power backup is a big relief for daily life. While the project looks good, the traffic on the old Mumbai Pune highway in Katraj can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something we need to consider for our daily commute.
