We needed more space for our growing family, so we checked out Shree Heights. The 3 BHK flats, especially the 877 Sq.ft configuration, seem adequate. The prices are between 44.2 L and 65.4 L, which is a significant investment but seems justified for the area. Being in Chandannagar, close to Chandernagore Kanailal Vidyamandir (English Section), is a huge plus for our children's education. Dream Royally LLP P is offering good amenities like Car Parking and a 24X7 Water Supply. The under construction status means we have to wait until September 2027 for possession, which is a long time. We hope the common areas like the play zone are well-maintained when completed.
