Relocating to Panchkula for work at OM hospital, which is just a 9-minute drive away, made Shree Green Space an attractive option. I purchased a 2 BHK flat, around 478 square feet, for 27 Lakhs. The location in Sector 14 Panchkula Extension is convenient. I liked the idea of the Yoga/Meditation Area and the Landscaping & Tree Planting. The flat is ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. My only reservation is the lack of readily available information on the OC received status, which is important for resale value. The construction quality seems good so far. It's a peaceful environment.

This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Shree Green Space in Panchkula. I bought a 2 BHK, built up area of 511 square feet, for 32.76 Lakhs. The developer, Shree Vardhman Group, seemed trustworthy. The flat is ready to move in. I really liked the layout of the 2 BHK, it feels spacious enough for a new couple. The Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System are good safety features. The surrounding area is mostly residential, which is nice. The only issue I found is that the parking space allocated seemed a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But for a fit-time buyer, it feels like a secure investment.

I opted for a 1 BHK flat, 338 square feet, costing about 22.5 Lakhs. The location in Sector 14 Panchkula Extension is decent. I particularly liked the Entrance Gate Security Cabin and the 24x7 CCTV Surveillance, which adds to the feeling of safety. The Children's Play Area is a nice touch. However, the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. The Vastu compliant design was also a plus for my family. It’s a good, functional home.

As a chartered accountant, I analyze numbecarefully before making any purchase. Shree Green Space offe2 BHK flats starting from 478 square feet with prices around 30 Lakhs, which represents decent value in Panchkula Extension, Sector 14. The developer, Shree Vardhman Group, has completed projects before, and this one is ready to move since March 2020. The Table Tennis facility is an interesting amenity, and the Restaurant on-site could be convenient. However, the built-up area for the 2 BHK, even the larger 511 square feet unit, felt slightly smaller than expected based on the price. Dust from ongoing development in the vicinity was also noticeable during my site visit. The Vastu compliant design is a good feature.

Bought a 1 BHK here in Shree Green Space for investment purposes. The price point of around 21.63 Lakhs for a 323 square feet flat seemed quite reasonable for Panchkula Extension, Sector 14. Shree Vardhman Group has a decent track record of timely delivery in their previous projects, which gave me confidence. The area is developing, and I expect good rental demand in the coming yeaIt's ready to move in, which is a bonus. The only slight drawback is that the access road is a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which might be a concern for some. Overall, I think it's a solid buy for the budget.
