    I am buying this plot for my parents who are settling in Panchkula. Ireo FiverivePlot seemed like a good choice because it is ready to move and in a well-established area. The 9000 Sq.ft plot is quite large, giving them plenty of space. The budget went up to 3.25 Crore for this size, which is significant, but I believe it is a good long-term investment. The 24x7 security is reassuring since they will be living there alone. Getting HDFC Home Loan was straightforward. I have not visited the site myself but my uncle has and he said the infrastructure looks solid. Hopefully, they will enjoy their retirement here.
