After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Panchkula. Amarnath Amravati Enclave seemed suitable. I chose a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1262 Sq.ft. The price was approximately 1.28 Crore. The project is ready for immediate occupancy. ANA Group has provided amenities like a swimming pool and a club house, which are good for relaxation. Its proximity to Chandimandir Shopping Complex is a bonus for daily needs. The location in Gumthala is relatively calm. The only drawback I noticed is that the finishing work inside the apartment could have been a bit better. But for the price and location, it is acceptable.

The only small concern is that the road leading to the project is a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. Otherwise, it is a decent property.
