We are looking at a 2 BHK flat, which has a carpet area of 635 square feet. The project by Shree Ganesh DevelopePune is still under construction, with completion expected by December 2028. The amenities like landscaping, tree planting, and a gated community are appealing for family living. We also appreciate the provision for 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance for security. The main drawback is the construction dust and noise, which is expected at this stage, but it can be a bit much sometimes. The street lighting is a good safety feature.
