We looked at a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 450 Sq.ft, which is a significant upgrade. The price of 21.8 Lakh for the larger flats is manageable for us. Being ready to move in 2016 meant we didn't have to deal with construction delays. The area has decent connectivity to Ashoka Marg. The only minor issue we noticed during our visit was some dust from nearby ongoing development, which is common in developing areas.
