We liked that it was ready to move in, so we could settle quickly after leaving our old place. The proximity to Nasik Bus Stop, a short distance, is very useful for us. It also helps that Sacred Heart Convent High School and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital Nashik are very close by. The develope, SMB DevelopeAnd Contracto, have included fire protection and safety measures, which is good. My only slight concern is that the roads around the project can be dusty at times, especially Old Agra Road. Still, it's a good upgrade.
