    We have been renting for yeaand finally decided to buy our own home in Nirman Samruddhi. We looked at the 3 BHK which has a carpet area of 1041 square feet. It feels much more spacious than our current rental. The Nirman Group has been in Nashik for a while, so we trusted them. The place is ready to move, which was a big plus. We liked the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the complex look pleasant. The cycling and jogging track is also a good addition. However, the traffic on the main roads like Nashik Shirdi Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, which is something we need to get used to. Overall, a good step up for us.

The roads nearby like Tapovan Road and Old Agra Road provide good connectivity. The Nirman Group has provided a cycling and jogging track, which is great for the kids to use safely within the society premises. Security is 24x7, which gives us peace of mind. It feels like a safe and convenient place for our children.
