    My wife and I were looking to upgrade from our rental place and decided on Shivgyan Avenue. We liked that it is situated near Ashok Nagar and offegood access via NH - 8. The fact that SR Kalla Hospital Jaipur is a short distance provides great peace of mind. Being able to reach Sindhi Camp Metro Station in about 5 minutes is also very convenient for our daily commutes. The rooms are a decent size, and we found the layout to be quite practical for our needs. It's ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle. The only thing is that the surrounding area can get a bit dusty during construction, but that’s expected with new developments. Shivgyan Developeseem to have a decent track record.
