It’s good to know there’s a hospital like Savita Supepeciality nearby in case of emergencies. I opted for a 4 BHK villa with a built-up area of 832 square feet, which is a decent size for me, and the price of 1.11 Crore was very attractive. The developer, Shivam Buildcon, has included essential amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a fire fighting system, which gives me peace of mind. My main concern is the access road; it's not the widest, and during peak hou, traffic can be a bit of an issue getting to the main road. Still, the overall package is good.
