I chose a 3 BHK flat here because it offeenough space without being too large to manage. The location in Ankhol, adjacent to L&T knowledge city, is quite serene, and being near Nijanand Ashram adds to the calmness. It's ready to move in, which suited my immediate needs. The proximity to Savita Supepeciality Hospital is reassuring for health emergencies. My only minor concern is the traffic on N. H. 8 during peak houcan be a bit heavy sometimes, but overall, it's a peaceful neighborhood.

It is located in Ankhol, Vadodara, right next to Nijanand Ashram and near the L&T knowledge city. The project is ready to move, which is a huge relief as we didn't want to wait for construction. Podar International School is nearby, making our children's commute very easy. N. H. 8 is also very close, so reaching our respective schools is quicker now. One small issue is the dust from the nearby highway construction, which is noticeable on certain days, but we are hoping that will settle down soon. Overall, we are happy with the upgrade.
