Having a Gazebo and community buildings sounds like a nice way to spend time. The project is under construction with a target completion in March 2029. The nearby Podar International School Vadodara is a plus, though I hope the noise from any potential school traffic won't be too much of an issue once the area develops further. Overall, it feels like a good community.
