Shivalik Florette in Ambli offelarge 5 BHK villas starting from 5850 Sq.ft up to 8550 Sq.ft built-up area, with prices from 4.32 Crore to 4.98 Crore. The developer, SHIVALIK GROUP OUP UP P, has a track record, and the project was completed in 2012 and is ready to move. The internal roads and footpaths are well-constructed, and the landscaping is pleasant. However, the lack of OC availability is a significant point of concern for any financial transaction or future loan requirements, which makes me hesitant. The spa and multipurpose room are nice amenities.

I considered the 5 BHK configuration with a built-up area of 5850 Sq.ft for them. The price of 4.32 Crore is substantial, but the amenities like the spa, community hall, and maintenance staff will ensure they are comfortable. Proximity to Shalby Hospitals (4.14 km) is also a relief. The project being ready to move in 2012 means it's established. My only worry is the distance to the main Sardar Patel ring road, which is nearby, making access a little less convenient for them for frequent travel.

We chose Shivalik Florette because it’s very close to Shanti Asiatic School, practically a short walk. Our kids will be able to go there easily. We got a 5 BHK villa, and the space is fantastic, especially the large living areas. The total built-up area is massive, like 8550 Sq.ft for some units, so everyone has their own room and more. It’s a gated community, which gives us peace of mind regarding safety. The fire fighting system and 24x7 water supply are also good safety features. The only drawback is the traffic on Ambli Bhopal road during peak hou, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to get anywhere quickly.
