It is ready to move, which means I can start living here immediately. The location near the Shahibaug Underpass is decent. I liked the green certification by IGBC. However, the access road to the project is a bit narrow and can get congested during peak hou, which is a minor worry for me. The gymnasium is well-equipped though.
