It’s located in Bolarum, Secunderabad, close to Chanda Nagar Colony and Off Ambedkar Nagar Main Road. The price starting at 22 Lakh was within my budget. The apartment is decent, and the lift facility is essential for me as I am on a higher floor. I appreciate the rain water harvesting system. My commute to work is manageable, as Bolaram railway station is nearby. My main concern is the availability of a transformer, which is listed, but I hope it provides stable power supply without frequent fluctuations. It's a functional place for a single peon.

We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat for our family. Shivadivya Sai Residency in Bolarum, Secunderabad, seemed like a good option. We got a 2 BHK of 1100 Sq.ft built up for around 22 Lakh. The main reason we chose this was the proximity to schools; Army Public School is nearby, which is manageable for us. The flat itself is spacious enough for our needs. The amenities like lift and rain water harvesting are standard. However, the road access, being off Ambedkar Nagar Main Road and through Chanda Nagar Colony, can be a bit congested during peak hou, and there’s some dust from nearby ongoing development. The completion was in 2013, so it's an older building but maintained decently. The Cantonment General Hospital being nearby is reassuring.
