We visited Shiv Yamuna Enclave last weekend. The idea of buying our fit home together is exciting. We really liked the idea of having closed car parking. The overall construction looks promising, and it's under construction now, expected to finish by December 2025. It's good that they have mentioned fire sprinkleas a safety feature. The location on Haridradanga Main Road in Chandannagar is okay, but getting to Kankinara Station Bus Stop is quite far, over nearby. That might be an issue for commuting. We also noticed some dust from ongoing construction, which is expected. But overall, the amenities provided seem good for the price we might pay.

We are planning to move to a bigger place for our kids. Shiv Yamuna Enclave caught our eye because it's in Chandannagar. The proximity to Chandernagore Kanailal Vidyamandir, which is nearby, is a huge plus for us. Having 24X7 water supply and power backup is also a relief, especially with children. The developer, Shiv Sankar Construction, seems to be building it well. However, the distance to the hospital is quite significant, nearby. Also, while car parking is available, we are concerned about how much space will be left for greenery or common areas given it's a residential project. We hope the construction quality holds up well until the December 2025 completion.

This is my fit time buying a property, and I chose Shiv Yamuna Enclave. The developer, Shiv Sankar Construction, seems experienced. It is located in Chandannagar, which is a nice area. I really liked that they offer 24X7 water supply and power backup, which are very important for daily living. The construction is ongoing and expected to be ready by December 2025. One thing I noticed is the distance to the hospital, which is over nearby. Also, while car parking is available, I hope the spaces are sufficient. The nearby school is nearby, which is convenient. Overall, I am hopeful about this purchase.
