We needed a bigger place for the kids and Shiv Royal Heights had 2 BHK flats around 1170 sq.ft which felt quite spacious. The location near Vaishno Devi Circle is convenient; SGVP International School is just a 4-minute drive, which is perfect for us. It's ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after booking. The 24X7 water supply is a huge relief. The only thing is the traffic on SG Highway can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but that's expected in Ahmedabad. Overall, it's a good family home.
