I picked Shewale Park for its location near Aaryans World School Warje, only nearby, which is handy. I bought a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 452 Sq.ft. It’s a compact space but works for me. The rent in Pune is too high, so buying seemed like a better option. The price of 37.02 L for the smaller flats was within my budget. I appreciate the 24x7 security and water supply, which are essential. The jogging track is a nice addition for my morning runs. Piped gas is also a plus.

Shewale Park in Karve Nagar is a decent property. I purchased a 1 BHK unit, around 498 Sq.ft carpet area, for my daughter. The price point, around 40-50 Lakhs for these units, seemed fair for the location in Pune. The developer, Shewale & Sons, has delivered projects before. My only concern is the parking. While reserved parking is available, it can get a bit congested during peak hou, especially with many residents owning multiple vehicles. The proximity to the Provision Stores Bus Stop, nearby, is convenient for daily commutes.
