I selected a unit with a carpet area around 678 sq.ft. The location in Vaividhyanagari is quite accessible, and it's reassuring that the hospital is nearby. The project includes essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and energy management systems. Kamakshie Constructions has also included landscaping. My only reservation is the traffic on Karve Road during peak hou, which can be a bit of a hassle getting into the core city.
