Our main priority was proximity to good schools, and G M Mahika is right next to Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital. We are considering a 3 BHK which is around 1132 Sq.ft. The project has good amenities like Expansive Green Parks for All Ages and a dedicated Cricket Pitch, which the kids will definitely love. The proposed Kharadi Shivane Road access is also a plus for future travel. We are a bit concerned about the overall completion date of December 2030; it feels a bit far off. The price is quite high though, starting from 1.59 Cr. Overall, we are hopeful about this project by G M Develope

The price point is on the higher side, 1.59 Cr to 2.21 Cr, but Karve Nagar is a decent area. The main concern for me is that it's still under construction with a completion date of December 2030. I am hoping the rental yields will be good enough to justify this investment.
