It's a ready-to-move-in project, which means less hassle for them. I liked that they have 24x7 security and power backup, which are important for elderly residents. The cycling and jogging track is also a nice touch for staying active. The villas are quite large, with 3 BHKs at 4115 sq.ft and 4 BHKs even bigger. The only slight worry is the traffic on OMR during peak hou, but Uthandi itself is quite peaceful. Overall, a good choice for my parents' comfort.
