Buying this apartment for my parents back in Ahmedabad was a big decision. I chose Sheladia Trinary because it's in Shela, a peaceful area, and it's not too far from amenities like Saraswati Multispeciality Hospital, which is nearby. The 2 BHK configuration with a built-up area of 662 square feet seemed appropriate for them. The price was around 51 Lakhs. I liked that they included a Children's Play Area and a Gymnasium, even though my parents might not use them much, it adds value. The 24x7 Water Supply is a critical feature for them. I'm relying on the developer, Sheladia Projects, to ensure timely delivery by December 2027. The only downside is that I can't physically visit often to check on the construction progress myself.

We've booked a 2.5 BHK in Sheladia Trinary. The main reason for choosing this project was its proximity to Shanti Asiatic School, which is nearby, making the daily commute for my kids much easier. The built-up area is about 775 square feet, which gives us enough space. The price was around 58 Lakhs, a bit higher than we initially planned but manageable. The project offea Gymnasium and a Children's Play Area, which my kids are already excited about. The construction is still underway, with completion expected in December 2027. My only reservation is the dust and traffic noise from the ongoing construction, which is quite common in such projects, but hopefully, it will subside once things are finished and the landscaping is done. The 24x7 CCTV Surveillance offesome peace of mind.

The earthquake-resistant RCC structure is a significant factor for me, given the region. The amenities like the Fountains and Security Cabin add a nice touch. The construction is expected to be completed by December 2027. However, the surrounding area still feels a bit underdeveloped in terms of retail and entertainment options right now, and the price point feels slightly on the higher side for an under-construction property in this specific locality, although the built-up area is reasonable. Sheladia Projects seems to be a reliable developer.

They are promising a Yoga / Meditation Area and Landscaping & Tree Planting, which are important for a peaceful environment. The apartment size we are considering is around 700 square feet for a 2 BHK. The price is within our budget, approximately 55 Lakhs. Construction is ongoing, expected to finish by December 2027. My only slight worry is the distance to the main market, might be a bit of a trek for daily groceries, but the nearby hospital is a plus. Overall, it seems like a solid choice for us.
