We decided on Sheladia Luxuria because of the open spaces mentioned – 56% open area sounds fantastic. We're looking at a 3 BHK, probably the 928 square feet one. The price point between 65.69 Lakh and 75.93 Lakh fits our budget after we spoke with our bank. It’s good that Sheladia Projects has included features like a fire fighting system and earthquake-resistant structure, which gives us peace of mind. The completion date in March 2027 is a bit far, but that gives us time to save more. The main concern for us will be the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is pretty common in Shela. We hope they manage it well.

It’s still under construction, with completion expected in March 2027. The main issue I noticed is the parking. While they have car parking, I wonder if it will be sufficient for guests, and if it's allocated or open. This is something I need to clarify before finalizing everything. The nearby schools and hospitals are also convenient.
